Ready Invoices (OMEGA LAB INC) uses cookies and similar technologies on readyinvoices.com and related apps. This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices you have.

1. What are cookies & similar technologies?

  • Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They may be first-party (set by Ready Invoices) or third-party (set by analytics, payment, or advertising partners). Cookies can be session-based or persistent.
  • Local/session storage stores data in your browser to keep preferences or drafted content.
  • Pixels/web beacons are tiny snippets that let us know when a page, email, or notification was viewed.
  • SDKs in our mobile apps function like cookies for analytics, crash reporting, and notifications.

2. Why we use these technologies

  • Essential. Keep you signed in, secure your account, process payments, load invoices, remember cookie selections, and prevent fraud.
  • Functional. Remember language, currency, accessibility settings, saved forms, and layout preferences.
  • Analytics. Understand how the Platform is used, diagnose issues, run experiments, and improve performance.
  • Advertising & retargeting. Measure campaigns, limit ad frequency, and reach interested audiences (only where legally permitted).
  • Support & communications. Enable in-app chat, track email effectiveness, and deliver push notifications.

3. Information collected

Depending on category, cookies may capture device identifiers, IP address and approximate location, browser type, pages viewed, session duration, clicks, form interactions, and error diagnostics. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we process personal data.

4. Your choices

  • Cookie banner. Use the Cookie Preferences tool shown on first visit (or via the footer link) to opt in/out of non-essential categories at any time.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for cross-context advertising where required by law.
  • Browser/device controls. Most browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies; mobile OS settings let you reset ad identifiers or disable permissions. Blocking essential cookies may impact functionality.
  • Ad industry opt-outs. Visit the DAA, NAI, or EDAA sites to opt out of interest-based ads from participating providers (browser-specific; does not disable all ads).

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Our legal basis for essential cookies is legitimate interest in providing a secure, working service. Non-essential cookies rely on your consent, which you can withdraw via the preferences center.

6. Mobile SDKs

Our iOS and Android apps may include SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, payments, and push notifications. Manage permissions in your device settings (e.g., notifications, camera, files). Some SDK data is governed by the provider’s privacy policy.

7. Retention

Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies typically last from 1 day to 24 months unless deleted earlier. We periodically rotate identifiers and shorten lifetimes when feasible.

8. Third parties & transfers

Some cookies are set by suppliers (hosting, analytics, marketing, payments, chat). These partners may process data in Seychelles, the EU, the United States, or other countries. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

9. Updates

We may revise this Cookie Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice or prompt.

10. Contact
