Ready Invoices respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”, 17 U.S.C. §512).

1. Designated agent

Ready Invoices has designated the following agent to receive DMCA notices:

  • DMCA Agent: Compliance Team, OMEGA LAB INC
  • Address: 306 Victoria House, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles
  • Email: team@omega-lab-inc.net
  • Phone: +1 520 467 3903

Please send all DMCA notices and counter-notices to the agent listed above.

2. Filing a notice of claimed infringement

If you believe content hosted on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it on the Platform (URL, invoice number, account name, etc.).
  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notices may delay our ability to respond.

3. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the material in question.
  • Notify the user who posted the material that a DMCA notice was received.
  • Provide the user with information about submitting a counter-notice.

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

4. Submitting a counter-notice

If you believe your material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send our DMCA Agent a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Mahé, Seychelles (or your local jurisdiction if outside Seychelles), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore access to the material.

5. Repeat infringers & peer-to-peer use

We prohibit using Ready Invoices to share or distribute copyrighted works without authorization, including via peer-to-peer networks or file-sharing services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy.
